Course Description

The Cannabis Compliance workshop provides an in-depth look at the rules and regulations governing Vermont’s cannabis industry. Participants will explore the state’s Cannabis Control Board (CCB) requirements and learn how to operate within those standards to ensure their products and business practices are safe, legal, and transparent.

Topics include packaging and labeling guidelines, marketing restrictions, product safety protocol, and operational compliance across all stages of production and retail. The workshop emphasizes how to build and maintain a compliant business culture the prioritizes consumer safety, accountability, and regulatory alignment.

By the end of the session, attendees will understand how to navigate CCB regulations confidently and effectively – helping ensure that their cannabis ventures operate responsibly and within Vermont’s legal framework.
